Refund basis

Refunds are handled according to the written agreement between guest and operator. Deposit timing, cancellation reason, route changes and services already prepared can affect eligibility.

Non-refundable costs

Custom decoration, catering, special equipment, marina reservations or third-party extras may be non-refundable once confirmed.
