Cancellation by days before trip

Cancellation rules vary by operator, but as a planning principle early cancellations have more flexibility than cancellations close to departure. Ask for the exact day-by-day rule before paying.

Deposit policy

Deposits may be partially refundable, non-refundable or transferable depending on yacht, season, special preparations and timing. The deposit rule must be confirmed in writing.

Bad weather policy

Weather decisions are based on captain and operator safety judgment. Depending on terms, the route may change, timing may move or a date-change option may be offered.
